We do not charge a fee to give an estimate (either in person or over the phone). The lowest job charge is $75 if we show up and do work/a residential job. Our pricing strategy is cost of materials including sales tax and $75 per hour labor rate for residential work. 

Cost of Materials Including Sales Tax + Flat Rate Labor ($95/hr) for commercial. 

The State of Ohio does not offer a license to handymen as a trade. It only licenses plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians . We do maintain a business license in the state of Ohio. 

 When you are hiring a handyman it is important to assess their previous work, make sure that they are a registered business, and have insurance. 

We can provide materials for the cost of the products including sales taxy. But some of our clients prefer to purchase materials themselves. 

We accept cash, check, and credit/debit card with a process fee. For jobs under $1,000 payment is due at the completion of service upon receipt of the invoice for anything over there are Net 30 payment terms.
